Evolution Singapore Hiring! Full Time System Analyst (Banking, 1-year renewable contract) in - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Analysts, infrastructure, deployment, and vendor teams to deliver technical solutions
• Manage vendor-augmented resources and ensure effective task allocation for high-quality delivery outcomes
• Drive technical innovation and enhance platform functional and technical capabilities
• Build configuration-driven frameworks to reduce dependency on custom coding
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Apply industry standards, frameworks, and existing enterprise technologies/tools in solution delivery
• Implement solutions with consideration for functionality, security, integration, infrastructure, performance, and data requirements
• Produce detailed system design and low-level design documentation
• Ensure adherence to development, configuration management, and deployment standards
• Analyze and resolve issues related to performance testing, vulnerability assessments, and other technical testing activities
• Manage and resolve technical project issues promptly, including stakeholder escalation and communication where necessary
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical team members within a collaborative team environment
• Lead multi-vendor teams to successfully deliver projects and meet project timelines
• Support issue resolution and guide project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Key Requirements

• Degree holder with 8–10 years of hands-on technical experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive “go-getter” mindset
• Solid technical knowledge of:

o AIX OS and/or RedHat platforms with scripting skills

o Java and internet-related technologies such as JSON and XML

o iPlanet, WebSphere, WebLogic, Database, and SQL

o DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Aldon, etc.

o Connect Direct, SFTP, and UNIX commands

o Performance tuning and automation practices

• Working knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes containers, and Kafka
• Experience across full software development lifecycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• General understanding of banking technology, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management capabilities
• Passionate, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under limited supervision
