Job description

We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our corporate gifting and merchandise business. This role is ideal for someone who not only knows how to sell, but can foster relationships, understands the industry, and can turn ideas into revenue.

You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships, especially within SMEs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales — from prospecting to closing — within the corporate gifts & merchandise space
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach
  • Identify client needs and propose creative, customized gifting solutions
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients
  • Leverage your existing network and actively expand your own client base
  • Manage your own sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, operations) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, client insights, and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in corporate gifts / merchandise industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong existing client network and ability to maintain relationships within the gifting or related industry
  • Well-connected with SMEs and corporate clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Independent, self-driven, and able to strategize your own approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior management experience is a bonus
