This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Brand Manager located in Petaling Jaya, with opportunities to work remotely. The Assistant Brand Manager will play a crucial role in supporting brand strategies, implementing marketing plans, and identifying market trends that drive brand growth. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing promotional campaigns, analyzing market data, and ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development of product innovation while maintaining brand consistency.

• Experience in brand management, marketing strategies, and campaign development
• Analytical skills, including market research, data interpretation, and performance evaluation
• Project management and coordination skills, along with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media platforms
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model combining office and remote work
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Prior experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry is an advantage
