We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support Asset Management, Finance Operations, Office Administration, and Transformation initiatives within the Technology Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of technology assets, including registration, tracking, stock takes, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
- Support finance operations, including:
- Accounts Payables – managing and executing invoice payment operations for TG.
- Accounts Receivables – managing and executing invoicing and collection for TG.
- Financial Reporting – reporting and analysis of financials for technology management.
- FY Closing & Accrual Management – managing accruals and financial period closing operations.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning – supporting budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking, and variance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.
- Oversee office and facilities management, including workspace planning, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Support change management and digital transformation initiatives by improving processes, driving automation, and coordinating staff communications and training.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in asset management, finance operations, or office administration preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
