Position: Construction Site Supervisor (Structural Steel)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Liaise with Project Manager / drafter / contract manager

· To ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings .

· Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed

· Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers

· Carry out inspection in accordance with standard

· Control material waste , completion time

· Guide and training new or refreshment workers

Job Requirements

· Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course

· Team Player

· Able to work fast track

· Allocate general and daily responsibilities

· Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

· Efficiently update site situation to Project Manager

· Attend the daily tool-box meeting

· Ensure team member to follow the workplace health rules and regulations (such as PPE , work at height , welding)

· Site Supervisor Malaysian are welcome to join

· Able to understand construction drawings
