• Provide facilities management services in various locations around Singapore. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.

• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

• Supervise upgrading projects that you are assigned to. 

• Carry out work plans and programmes in accordance with Client’s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and statutory requirements and attend to feedback, complaints and services as requested by the Client.

• Submit reports for incidents, replacement works recommendation, general repairs and redecoration status to the client. 

• Follow up to close defects with contractors for findings in Periodical Structural Inspections, Periodical Façade Inspections, Fire Safety inspections, Technical Audit inspections.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills and has service orientated mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
