Job Summary:
Location: Outram
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 830am - 6pm
Duration: 1 Year Renewable/Extendible Contract

Job Scope:
Support raising of Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts and tracking of work delivered by vendors.
Support monthly budget monitoring and reporting
Support updating of content on PMO managed app features
Support the administration, evaluation and reporting of quarterly app customer satisfaction survey
Support daily tracking of data and feedback from users
Support raising and following up of IT service requests
Support on-going coordination of multi-lingual content updates on app
Support daily and timely EO app account management (account creation, reset, termination, amendments)
Secretariat duty and assisting meeting logistics (agenda, meeting venue, calendar invites, taking meeting notes)
Requirements:
- Knowledge in UAT, Pivot Table, Vlookup, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint would be advantage
