·       Support development and refinement of network design scenarios, including evaluation of network structure, flows, and operating models

·       Build and maintain business case models (including NPV and cost-benefit analyses), ensuring assumptions are clearly defined, validated, and consistently applied

·       Translate network design choices into quantified financial and operational impacts, including cost, service, and implementation considerations

·       Track progress against the business case, assessing alignment of regional execution with defined value, timing, and network intent

·       Monitor value realization, including identification of risks, delays, and deviations from planned benefits

·       Support identification and quantification of stranded costs and other value leakage risks, escalating issues where required

·       Provide structured reporting and insights to support decision-making in governance forums, including visibility on network choices, execution progress, and value delivery

·       Partner with regional teams to validate assumptions, gather inputs, and ensure alignment between local execution and global network design intent

·       Coordinate across functions (e.g., Operations, Finance, Procurement, Systems) to ensure network assumptions and implications are reflected in planning and execution activities

·       Support development and continuous improvement of network design methodologies, business case frameworks, and value tracking tools

·       Contribute to preparation of executive materials, including synthesis of insights and clear articulation of risks, trade-offs, and recommendations
