About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the delivery team for an Enterprise Architecture (EA) tool implementation project in Singapore. This role will be responsible for end-to-end EA delivery, including metamodel and repository design, governance, modelling, dashboards, reporting, and hands-on Business Architecture modelling activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain the Enterprise Architecture tool environment, including user access, roles, and permissions
• Configure methods, filters, repositories, and templates based on project requirements
• Lead modelling activities across business, application, data, and technology architecture domains using TOGAF, ArchiMate, and BPMN
• Perform hands-on Business Architecture modelling, including capabilities, value streams, and business processes
• Conduct impact analysis, consistency checks, and architecture reporting
• Drive architecture governance, including approvals, change tracking, and version management
• Develop dashboards, heat maps, capability maps, roadmaps, and KPI reports to support stakeholders and management reporting
• Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Enterprise Architecture experience
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, and BPMN
• Hands-on experience leading Enterprise Architecture tool implementation or delivery projects
• Experience configuring EA metamodels, repositories, and governance workflows
• Practical experience in Business Architecture modelling, including capabilities, value streams, and process modelling
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Avolution ABACUS or Bizzdesign
• Familiarity with pre-configured EA frameworks, templates, and reference models
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation projects
