* Develop and maintain CAD Drawings

* Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings

* Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers

* Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of the individual’s project assignment

* Responsible for receiving, registering, filing and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section

* Develop computer-generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets

* Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor

Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software

* Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings

* Coordinate design revisions and updates with the project and engineering teams

* Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters when required

* Conduct site visits and measurements for drafting and drawing verification purposes

* Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements

* Proven experience in construction drafting or related field

* Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software

* Good understanding of construction methods, engineering concepts, and technical drawings

* Able to read and interpret construction and design plans accurately

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
