Job Scope / Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily material deliveries to project sites

* Liaise with customers, site supervisors, drivers, and transporters on delivery arrangements

* Plan and monitor delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery

* Follow up on PO, delivery orders, and material readiness

* Coordinate with warehouse, production, Sales, and Project teams

* Handle site delivery issues, postponements, and urgent requests

* Monitor project delivery progress and update internal teams

* Maintain delivery records and project coordination reports

* Ensure proper communication between office and site operations

* Support submission of delivery-related documents when required
