• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
• Monthly Salary: Base + Commission + AWS

Responsibility

• Lead Management – Follow up with customer leads, guiding them through the purchase journey with empathy and professionalism.

• Product Recommendation – Suggest memorial and keepsake products tailored to customer preferences and needs.

• Appointment Coordination – Manage consultations, enquiries, and follow‑ups to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Customer Engagement – Assist clients in selecting suitable memorial products, fostering trust and satisfaction.

• Sales Growth – Drive sales through personalized interactions while nurturing long‑term customer relationships.

• Service Efficiency – Handle appointments and follow‑ups effectively to achieve customer satisfaction and meet business targets.

Requirement

• Minimum ITE education level in any field
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Minimum 1-2 years in B2C sales experience
• Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
