Job Objective

Support the Institutional Banking team in the accurate activation, maintenance, and monitoring of credit limits and collateral records in banking systems. Ensure allcredit-related data is updated correctly, timely, and in compliance withinternal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform activation and revision of credit facilities in banking systems
• Update and maintain collateral information accurately in systems
• Maintain and update credit-related client information in internal platforms
• Monitor credit limit expiry dates and trigger necessary follow-ups
• Monitor SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit) and Guarantee expiry dates
• Perform FCFD revaluation and shares revaluation
• Prepare regular statistical and operational reports (MIS reporting)
• Support system enhancements, including UAT testing, requirement gathering, and data conversion activities
• Ensure all updates are accurate, timely, and comply with internal banking procedures
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve system and data issues

Requirements

• Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Experience in banking operations, credit administration, or loan servicing is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good understanding of banking systems and data entry processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, structured banking environment
