Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction site activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site operations, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality workmanship for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site

• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule and specifications

• Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve technical/site issues

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients on operational matters

• Prepare daily site reports, manpower records, and progress updates

• Ensure proper material control, site housekeeping, and productivity management

• Attend site meetings and support overall project coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

• Experience in HDB projects and renovation/construction works preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, site coordination, and safety practices

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Possession of relevant safety certificates will be an advantage
