• Perform facial, body treatments services accurately and professionally to meet client expectations.
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Set up and organize workstations to ensure a clean and efficient environment throughout each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of linens by cleaning and replacing them between client sessions.
• Document treatment details and maintain accurate client files for ongoing service quality.
• Follow all relevant standards, rules, and regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support business operations.
• Demonstrate a friendly and cheerful attitude to enhance customer experience.
• Show passion for customer service by engaging positively with clients.
