About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin, Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join the team at AIT Worldwide Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd.'. This full-time role is based in the Central Region and will play a key part in supporting the company's human resources and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing generalist HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and learning and development

2. Overseeing and coordinating administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, travel arrangements and facilities management

3. Maintaining employee records and databases in compliance with HR policies and legal requirements

4. Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and development

5. Acting as a key point of contact for HR and administrative enquiries from internal stakeholders

6. Supporting other ad-hoc HR and administrative projects as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

2. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies and compliance requirements in Singapore

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

4. Proficient in MS Office suite and experience with HR information systems

5. Proactive, organised and able to work independently to manage multiple priorities

6. Relevant diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
