Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is required; ability to communicate fluently and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Comfortable working with international clients, including those from Singapore and other countries worldwide, as well as local Malaysian clients
  • Familiarity with or interest in the media, video production, or creative industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with digital marketing or social media platforms is a bonus

岗位职责

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management across local and international markets.

Job Scope

  • Handle and manage incoming leads, converting prospects into clients through effective sales strategies
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and pricing packages for clients
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, providing solutions and recommendations tailored to their needs
  • Sell and present media and video production packages to prospective clients
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve clients across Malaysia, Singapore, and international markets — strong ability to communicate and build relationships with a diverse, global clientele is essential
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding
