Job description:

• Daily inventory reporting
• Handle B2C operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
• Manage returns & refunds: Receive returned items & Assist with inspection and recording
• Handle customer complaints: Check CCTV footage when required
• Stock responsibilities: No need to conduct stock taken record but must audit stock taken record
• Documentation management
• General office admin tasks: Purchase supplies (A4 paper, stationery, tissue, etc.)
