• ⁠AI Prompt Engineering: Mastery in using LLMs for strategic reasoning, copywriting, and basic script/code generation.
• ⁠Generative Media: Proficiency in Midjourney/Flux (Images), HeyGen/Runway (Video), and ElevenLabs (Voice).
• ⁠No-Code Automation: Expert-level skills in ************* or Zapier to link marketing tools together.
• ⁠Performance Fundamentals: Deep technical understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads algorithms.
• Data Analysis: Ability to use AI data analyst tools to extract insights from CSVs and ad platform reports.
• Proven experience building or scaling a brand/product with a very small team or solo.A background in engineering, dropshipping, or technical marketing where you prioritized automation over manual labor.

We are hiring a Full-Stack AI Performance Marketer to act as a "one-person growth agency." 

Your mission: replace traditional marketing bloat with high-leverage AI systems.

You won't manage a team of members; you will engineer and manage an AI Stack to achieve 8-figure scale with near-zero headcount. You don't just run ads—you design the machine that researches, creates, tests, and scales our growth.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Research

• Use LLMs (Claude, GPT-4) and data scrapers to identify "Brand Vacuums" and analyze competitor transcripts/reviews to find winning angles.

Rapid Creative Production

• "Direct" an AI creative suite (Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs) to produce 50+ high-quality ad variations per week.

High-Velocity Testing

• Execute aggressive "creative testing" on Meta, TikTok, and Google. Use AI to analyze winning "hooks" and iterate instantly.

Automated Funnel Architecture

• Build and optimize landing pages and email/SMS flows using No-Code tools (*************, Zapier, Framer) to create a 24/7 automated sales machine.

⁠Algorithmic Arbitrage

• Monitor unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and use AI agents to reallocate budgets to high-performing pockets of traffic in real-time.
