Responsibilities
- Review of product proposal paper, process change, framework and policy within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Develop relevant checklist and circular for business/functional groups within the timeline given.
- Provide advice to compliance, business and functional groups on compliance related matters.
- Ensure products are in compliance with the conditions set by relevant committees prior to launch
- Attend to due diligence questionnaires from business partners
- Provide update on compliance initiatives for submission of compliance report to senior management
- Organize engagement with relevant business to educate and promote higher standards of compliance culture
