Role Description

The Human Resources Graduate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bayan Lepas. The selected candidate will assist in daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting training programs, coordinating welfare activities, managing payroll-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the role involves liaising with various departments to address employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.


Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policies
  • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficient in using HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant digital tools
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to effectively address employee concerns
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship or experience in the human resources or related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with employment laws and practices in Malaysia is advantageous
