Our team, in Singapore, has a position available for a Journeyman Technician to support shipboard networks. This position will provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Microsoft Windows shipboard networks and will lead or be part of teams installing new or upgrading existing systems. This position will work closely with government and civilian management teams for the area to coordinate tasking, ship visits, and priorities.
- Work independently in remote areas and travel within or outside the AOR
- Coordinate remote support needed with StratasCorp Technician Dispatcher team, as well as shipboard crew, to ensure work performed is in line with contract priorities
- Coordinate support with external computer network vendors for higher level technical issues
- Gather data as needed and provide to StratasCorp teams and leadership for ships in the Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR)
- Prepare and provide daily work reports

IAT Level II Certificate or higher
High School Diploma
