Job Description

Responsibilities

What The Role Is

You develop, execute and review training policies, plans and standards to ensure the competency requirements of SAF C4 Defence Command (SAFC4DC) personnel are met and remain relevant.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Establish and operationalise training requirements and roadmaps for SAFC4DC to ensure personnel are sufficiently trained to execute their tasks
  • Develop, execute and review SAF-level C4 courses to ensure syllabi are up-to-date and relevant for optimal training outcomes
  • Manage C4 training resources and budget, as well as training billets allocation across SAFC4DC
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate and contextualise learning for trainees

    Challenge(s)
  • Having an in-depth understanding on the requirements to acquire professional competency in SAFC4DC
  • Recognising the training needs in SAFC4DC to develop robust training frameworks and to recommend relevant training in consultation with respective C4 Subject Matter Experts (SME)

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Management or related fields
  • At least 6 years of work experience in training and/or human resources roles is preferred
  • Prior experience in managing, facilitating and contextualising learning for trainees, and coordination with various stakeholders is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication with effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and engagement skill
  • Exceptional attention to detail
