Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Technical Sales Manager located in Shah Alam. The Assistant Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting technical sales activities, managing client accounts, and providing technical support to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales for ensuring effective and successful customer engagement and product delivery.
• Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot and address client inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience or background in HVAC or mechanical engineering is highly advantageous.
• Possession of a relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
