We are seeking a dedicated Talent Management Intern to become a part of our team. In this capacity, you will have the privilege of collaborating closely with our sales and marketing departments, acquiring a foundational understanding of business development, and accruing invaluable industry expertise. Your responsibilities will encompass the formulation of inventive strategies and campaigns, tracking market dynamics, and providing support in the creation of sales collateral.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the identification of fresh business prospects by conducting comprehensive market research and analysis.
2. Aid in promoting marketing initiatives by generating content for social media campaigns, email campaigns, and various marketing materials. Also, meticulously maintain records of customer interactions and contact details.
3. Monitor industry trends to pinpoint emerging growth opportunities.
4. Possess a working knowledge of live streaming and proficiency in photo/video editing.
5. Foster and sustain relationships with publishers and Influencers/KOLs.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the preparation of proposals for sales packages and creative ideas.
7. Welcome applications from both polytechnic and university students.
8. Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
9. Two internship positions are currently available.
10. Commitment to a minimum internship duration of six months.
