We are partnering with a fast-growing gaming company in Singapore to hire a highly organised and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the search, evaluation, and leasing of office spaces, including liaising with property agents, reviewing lease agreements, and driving the entire rental process from negotiation to completion.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including vendor management, office supplies procurement, employee welfare coordination, and office facilities management.
- Support Employment Pass (EP) applications and onboarding documentation in compliance with MOM regulations, working closely with external HR and legal consultants where required.
- Maintain contracts, records, and filing systems to ensure proper documentation and accurate record management.
- Coordinate and liaise with corporate secretaries, government authorities, banks, and external service providers.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to management as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant administrative or office management experience in Singapore.
- Prior experience in office relocation, new office setup, or lease negotiation will be highly advantageous.
- Familiar with local recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, and JobStreet.
- Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations, CPF contributions, and MOM-related processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with the ability to work independently and drive tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
