AMK Technology Hiring! Full Time Monitoring Analyst in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network, server, and system performance within the Network Operations Centre (NOC)
• Perform continuous monitoring of network infrastructure, servers, and operating systems to ensure optimal uptime and performance
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network or system issues in a timely manner
• Analyze alerts, incidents, and outages using network monitoring tools
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and incident management
• Ensure all incidents, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting steps are properly documented
• Support routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and operational activities
• Follow operational procedures, security policies, and escalation processes
• Work on rotational 12-hour shifts (4 days work, 4 days off schedule)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and operating systems
• Experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC), network monitoring, or server monitoring environment is preferred
• Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently
• Willing to work on rotational 12-hour shifts

Added Advantage

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications
• Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and VPN
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix
• Familiarity with routing and switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and MPLS
• Basic knowledge of firewall configurations and network security best practices
• Experience in network performance analysis and troubleshooting techniques

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with hands-on experience in network/server monitoring or NOC environment
• Candidates able to handle incident management and work effectively under pressure
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or certification may also be considered
