About The Job
- Manage technical aspects of customer responses and communicate client needs to R&D teams.
- Capture and understand customer requirements to propose technical solutions and build internal business cases.
- Answer detailed RFI/RFP tenders and perform SWOT analysis on competitor products to influence technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and execute customer proof of concepts (POCs).
- Understand competitor offerings to assist the sales team with product positioning and differentiation.
- Work with Product Management and Marketing to develop unique product messaging and provide feedback from the field.
- Develop extensive customer relationships and technically qualify opportunities across the Asian region.

About The Requirements
- A relevant technical degree or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Proven pre-sales engineering experience working alongside a sales team.
- Demonstrable background in Land Mobile Radio (TETRA).
- Open to consider candidate with pre-sales experience in either 4G/5G or other wireless communications.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to confidently deliver technical presentations to various audience sizes.
- Experience in writing technical proposals and tenders.
- Willingness to travel regionally in Southeast Asia approximately 50% of the time, including some travel to the UK.
