We’re partnering with a fast‑growing SME payment solutions provider to find an Ecommerce Growth Manager who can take charge of multi‑channel eCommerce growth. This role sits at the intersection of growth, data, and operations, with strong ownership over revenue and performance!
What You’ll Do
We’re partnering with a fast‑growing SME payment solutions provider to find an Ecommerce Growth Manager who can take charge of multi‑channel eCommerce growth. This role sits at the intersection of growth, data, and operations, with strong ownership over revenue and performance!
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of revenue, traffic, and conversion across multiple online platforms
- Design and run high‑visibility campaigns and promotions
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations (listings, pricing, promotions, inventory)
- Track performance with dashboards and competitor insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability
- 5 years in eCommerce or marketplace operations (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
- Proven ability to grow sales and deliver successful campaigns
- Experience managing large‑scale online operations or categories
- Data-driven with strong Excel / BI capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset
