We are looking for an ERP Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our client’s IT team. In this role, you will provide remote support for an in-house ERP system used by a multinational company with operations in China and the USA. You will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, assisting users, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues while delivering excellent customer service.

What You Will Do

• Provide remote support for the company’s ERP system (training provided)
• Research and identify issues using clear logical thinking and detail-oriented analysis
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve user issues in a timely manner
• Ask targeted questions to quickly identify the root cause of problems
• Track and review ticket history to identify recurring issues and resolutions
• Communicate professionally with users via email and MS Teams
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Ensure all issues are properly logged and documented
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users
• Manage and prioritize multiple open tickets effectively

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Enterprise Information System or relevance
• 1 year ERP experience preferred
• Fresh graduate with Helpdesk or IT Support experience also welcome
• Basic understanding of databases, web applications, and MS365 systems
• Strong problem-solving (technically) and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in Mandarin (reading & speaking)
• Knowledge or experience in data analysis or web application development is a plus
• IT Support Hardware, OS, Software, and Network issues
• Willing to conduct night shift as when necessary
