User Acceptance Testing Analyst
Location: Bandar Sunway (Fully On-Site)
Working Hours: 10am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities:
UAT Test Execution
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios based on real user workflows.
- Perform end-to-end testing for critical user journeys such as registration, login, and user experience flows.
- Validate that system behavior aligns with intended business requirements.
- Ensure features function correctly from an end-user perspective.
Business Flow & Logic Validation
- Verify business rules, conditions, and limitations behave as expected.
- Identify inconsistencies between system outputs and intended business logic.
- Detect edge cases that may negatively impact users.
- Validate system fairness, clarity, and usability.
Issue Identification & Reporting
- Identify and report issues related to: • Workflow breakdowns • Incorrect logic • Confusing UI behavior • Unexpected system responses
- Clearly document findings and provide reproducible steps.
- Differentiate between functional defects and business acceptance issues.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to clarify findings.
Regression & Re-Testing
- Re-test resolved issues to confirm successful fixes.
- Ensure fixes do not introduce new acceptance issues.
- Validate end-to-end workflows after system updates.
- Support multiple UAT cycles until acceptance criteria are achieved.
Release Readiness Support
- Ensure assigned UAT scenarios are fully validated.
- Provide testing feedback before product release.
- Highlight unresolved acceptance risks.
- Support go/no-go decisions with clear testing input.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in UAT, QA testing, software testing, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of user workflows and business process validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies is an advantage.
