Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Application Manager, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves driving business growth through identifying customer needs, managing sales pipelines, and delivering effective application test solutions. The Sales & Application Manager will establish and maintain client relationships, coordinate with the engineering and production teams, develop strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales strategy, account management, and customer relationship management
• Technical knowledge in semiconductor test and tooling solutions, with the ability to translate customer needs into effective application solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to address customer requirements and articulate solutions effectively
• Proficiency in project coordination, including collaboration across teams and ensuring timely delivery of commitments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management or related fields
• Relevant experience in the semiconductor, engineering, or technology industry is highly advantageous
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with both office-based and remote work responsibilities
