Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating and managing the hiring process, building a pipeline of talent, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining a positive candidate experience and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Experience in Talent Sourcing, Interviewing, and Recruiting
- Understanding of Human Resources principles, Employee Onboarding, and Hiring Best Practices
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Attention to Detail, Organizational, and Time-Management Skills
- Proficiency with Recruitment Tools, ATS Software, and Basic Data Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
