Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, business growth, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
  • Plan and execute promotions, business reviews, and account development activities in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor and manage allocated sales budgets and trade spending to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at headquarters and outlet/store levels to enhance long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of customer campaigns, promotions, and operational matters.
  • Track, analyze, and monitor sales performance, account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
  • Be responsible and accountable for achieving sales growth, profitability targets, and managing trade spending within approved limits for each assigned account.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and discussions with customers to identify gaps, resolve issues, and improve overall account performance.
  • Perform trade visits to monitor, check, and audit in-store execution, product availability, merchandising standards, and promotional compliance at outlet level.
  • Monitor customer credit terms and follow up on payment collections to ensure timely settlement of outstanding balances.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, analysis, and other documentation required by management.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments, projects, and any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel for trade visits and customer meetings when required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Key Account, Sales, FMCG, or related fields will have an added advantage.
