Role Description
This is an administrative and operations-focused role for a Property Administrator responsible for supporting daily property management activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient coordination of residential or commercial property operations. The Property Administrator will be responsible for handling tenant communications, organizing lease documentation, coordinating maintenance requests, and supporting administrative processes related to property operations and occupancy management. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining property databases, managing invoices and records, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and assisting with scheduling inspections and operational activities. The role also involves supporting leasing administration, monitoring service requests, maintaining compliance documentation, and contributing to efficient property management workflows and tenant satisfaction. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of property administration, leasing support, and facility coordination processes
• Knowledge of tenant communication, document management, and property operations procedures
• Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage administrative workflows efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with property management systems, office software, and administrative reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and operational tasks effectively
• Understanding of lease administration, maintenance coordination, and occupancy management is an advantage
• Ability to handle confidential information and documentation professionally
