Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Subang Jaya. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and talent development;
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new team members;
  • Oversee agent-related matters, including agent onboarding, registration coordination, performance tracking, engagement, communication, and operational support;
  • Oversee payroll processing (OT, EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and ensure statutory compliance
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, internal procedures, and relevant industry requirements;
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and internal processes to support company growth;
  • Lead and coordinate performance appraisal exercises, ensuring timely, fair, and accurate completion;
  • Drive employee and agent engagement initiatives to build a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture;
  • Maintain accurate HR and agent records, documentation, reports, and confidential information;
  • Support company expansion plans, branch operations, and organizational development initiatives as required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity;
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices;
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR functions independently;
  • Experience overseeing people operations, including employee and agent management, is an added advantage;
  • Good interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
