SALES EXECUTIVE (AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET)
Location: Malaysia (Petaling Jaya)
Your areas of responsibility:
- Promote and sell automotive lubricants products to workshops and retailers.
- Develop and set annual business plans, forecasts, and regular reports in - line with company planning and reporting process.
- Actively manage Key Account customers in the territory to optimize access to end user markets.
- Identify new business opportunities to improve the overall competitiveness and profitable growth of the business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan sales promotional activities, organize trade shows, exhibitions and expand the business.
- Monitor and feedback product portfolio performance and competitor market pricing and activities.
- Provide technical support and services to customers to maintain a high – quality brand position and reputation in the market.
- Manage activities and performance of direct sales team depending on prevailing sales strategy in the market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on payments and credit terms with customers.
- Ensure to uphold FUCHS values and standards, whilst also adhering to all required compliance policy guidelines
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Diploma in suitable business or engineering related fields (Automobile / Chemical / Mechanical is preferred).
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in automotive lubricants or allied FMCG.
- Self – driven and motivated, results – oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
