About the Role


Our Singapore office is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our ranks. Successful candidates will be a key member of the ASEAN Sales & Technical team that will support all foundry customer’s development programs. Incumbent will be the primary technical member that interface with the designated customers and all other internal functional teams. Responsibilities


  • Responsible for Customer technical profile management
  • Establish technical credibility, building trust and strong relationships with the customer
  • Ensure our customer successfully evaluates, adopts and designs products with Samsung foundry process technology
  • Foster deep understanding of customer's specific technical requirements for each engagement opportunity
  • Co-work with HQ and relevant teams to delivery customer needs and the action plans to achieve goals
  • Manage customer technical deliverables from initial evaluation to mass production
  • Drive decisions with appropriate stakeholders, anticipating and eliminating technical roadblocks and resolve customer issues
  • Present technical status to both internal and external senior management stakeholders
  • Support customer design in activities (tape out, technical advice, coordination of internal/external resources)
  • Project management (schedule & requirements)
  • Market-sensing activities for foundry related technology and updates
  • Suggest improvements for strengthening market positioning through technical support perspective
  • Support new business development team where technical advice is needed
  • Prepare Weekly Reports, especially on-going customer projects
  • Ad-hoc projects and reports as required



Qualifications


  • Degree in Microelectronics, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Recent experience in Semiconductor process, product or device engineering preferred (especially with major semiconductor foundry or device manufacturer companies preferred)
  • Proficient MS office
  • Min 5 years of foundry process/customer engineering related knowledge (broad based and specific process nodes are welcome)
  • Experience to handle tape out
  • Experience to handle advanced packaging is a bonus.



Required Skills


  • Ability to sense foundry technologies, also in customers’ technical capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of all foundry processes, to be able to understand customer technical needs and deliver key voice of customers to internal stakeholders
  • Good understanding of foundry eco-system players
  • Good communication skills & stakeholders management
