Job Description: Project Manager – ServiceNow IRM Implementation
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) program. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project governance, stakeholder management, cross‑functional coordination, and budget control.
Prior ServiceNow experience is an advantage, but the core expectation is strong project leadership across distributed teams, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery of all IRM program milestones. This role will manage planning, execution, reporting, risk mitigation, and change management across business, functional, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the ServiceNow IRM project from initiation through deployment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAIDs, timelines, and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting cycles, and quality standards as defined by the organization and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with technical, functional, and architectural teams to track progress and remove blockers.
2. Agile/Scrum & Delivery Methodology
- Apply Agile/Scrum delivery practices where applicable; manage sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Adapt hybrid or traditional project methodologies as required by the organisation.
- Work with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Business SMEs to ensure clear and actionable deliverables.
3. Stakeholder, Communication & Change Management
- Act as the primary contact point between the business, IT, and implementation teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular communications, status updates, steering packs, and executive-level reports.
- Lead Change Management activities including communications planning, training coordination, and stakeholder readiness.
- Facilitate decision-making, aligning diverse stakeholder groups across risk, compliance, IT, and business functions.
4. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, resource allocations, forecasts, and financial tracking.
- Ensure vendor and consulting teams are delivering to agreed scope and timelines.
- Handle contract coordination, SOW tracking, invoicing reviews, and cost optimisation.
5. Global Team & Multi‑Time Zone Coordination
- Manage distributed delivery teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Ensure effective communication, handovers, and coordination across global workstreams.
- Foster collaboration across onshore/offshore delivery models.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager delivering medium to large‑scale technology projects.
- Experience delivering or supporting ServiceNow implementations (IRM/GRC experience is a plus).
- Strong grounding in Agile/Scrum, hybrid delivery, and IT project governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to work with teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial tracking, and project reporting.
- Hands-on experience with change management, stakeholder alignment, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow project experience (IRM, GRC, ITSM, SecOps, or platform programs).
- Experience in risk, security, or compliance-related projects.
