Responsibilities

Our client is looking for SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR to join the team. The role mainly involves handling customer enquiries, scheduling service appointments, preparing repair quotations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

The company is a Singapore-based SME that has been a trusted name since 1974, specializing in Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) services for commercial and residential buildings.

Hiring Details

  • Job Title : SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
  • Job location :  Admiralty (HQ office)
  • Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Job Scopes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding air-conditioning service, repair, and maintenance.
  • Schedule and arrange service appointments for technicians. Coordinate daily service schedules and update customers on appointment timing.
  • Prepare repair quotations and service estimates based on technician reports.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations and service confirmations.
  • Handle basic sales enquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Maintain accurate records of service jobs, quotations, and customer details.
  • Coordinate with technicians regarding service jobs and customer requirements.
  • Assist with invoicing, job orders, and administrative documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and service team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant.
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
  • Experience in air-conditioning / ACMV industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Responsible, organized, and customer-oriented.
