Responsibilities:

• Assist Business Development Manager to execute business plans
• Consolidate data necessary for management reporting and ensure 100% accuracy of information
• Provide administrative supports to the department
• Prepare official documents needed for submission to authorities and/or mall management relating to tendering of sites
• Keep up-to-date market development and competitors’ activities
• Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules.
• Conduct site visits or viewings to identify potential areas for expansion.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 1 year of related experience
• Possess solid presentation skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross function to support business development activities
• Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind and minimum supervision required
• Experience in job tendering would be an added advantage
• Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of personnel
