Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive operation team to meet organization goals
• Manage overseas vendors and ensure they meet customer performance KPIs
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for internal/external stakeholders
• Collection of performance data, conduct data analysis and focus on areas of improvement
• Analyzed and evaluated existing processes, proposing new solutions
• Developed and managed relationships with vendors and customers
• Handle new requirement from customer/vendor/superior
• Other adhoc duties assigned by superior/manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline with 3 years of working experience in Warehousing / Store Management
• Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
• Good command of English Good communicating skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• MRP and computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Office
