About the Role

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to support and enhance SAP ERP systems, with a focus on the FICO module. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective system solutions and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for SAP system enhancements

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

• Work with developers to design and develop ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces

• Perform configuration and ongoing maintenance of SAP FICO modules

• Prepare and maintain documentation including specifications, test plans, and user guides

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency

• Support system upgrades, patches, and new implementations

• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide timely end-user support

• Stay updated on SAP technologies, trends, and best practices

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting SAP FICO modules

• Strong understanding of SAP processes and ability to analyze business requirements

• Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting

• Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly

• Adaptable to evolving technologies and system environments

Preferred (Good to Have):

• SAP certifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Exposure to tools such as RPA
