Job Scope :

• Handle daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) entries, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets records

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, staff reimbursements, and payment transactions accurately and promptly

• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments where required

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations

• Assist with audit schedules and statutory reporting support

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies

• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, banks, and external parties on finance-related matters

• Support ad hoc assignments and other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
