WorkingHours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore Public Holidays

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedGraphic Designer to support projects at the Ministry of Education (MOE),Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and producing engaging visual communications across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about design, capable of managing multiple projects independently, and experienced in creating impactful visual content for educational or corporate environments.

KeyResponsibilities

• Develop original illustrations, graphics, and visual concepts aligned with project objectives
• Design and produce motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content
• Create storyboards and manage creative project timelines effectively
• Develop infographics, presentation decks, curriculum materials, and communication collaterals
• Apply strong typography, colour theory, branding, and visual design principles in all deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling visual outputs
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative materials
• Support multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines

Requirements

MandatoryQualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficient in:
• • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Canva
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Able to work proactively, independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and project coordination skills
