OMS Energy Technologies Inc / OMS Oilfield Services Hiring! Full Time Manufacturing Engineer in - Ricebowl

Responsible to defined work or projects with moderate complexity. Follow an individual work plan and meet day-to-day short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

The incumbent will undertake any or all of the following and has authority for:

• Creation of Work Order as per Sale Order
• Review and understand all customers’ specifications (BOM, DBI, etc.)
• Understand all machining processes required for manufacturing 
• Lead and effectively interface with manufacturing, sales, marketing and other support teams to complete projects to meet QHSE, production, cost savings and new product development goals  within schedule and budget
• Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are complete and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer/end user  requirements
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, document process changes, drive process /fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost reduction program and QHSE actions
• Assist in the effective utilization of available manpower and machine resources for all production /repair/overhaul and servicing jobs in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Design necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing and process improvements
• Participate in HSE related actions to improve safety in own area
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations
