We are looking for motivated and ambitious graduates to join our growing team as Graduate Trainees. This is an entry-level, consultative role designed for individuals who are eager to launch a meaningful career in the asset management and family office industry. We welcome applications from recent graduates currently based in Hong Kong.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be enrolled in a comprehensive, structured training programme that equips you with the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills needed to thrive in a client-facing advisory environment. Working closely with our experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of family office services and develop a deep understanding of asset planning, client relationship management, and investment advisory.

What You Will Do

As part of the team, you will support the delivery of personalised financial solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing client relationships, assisting in the preparation of tailored financial recommendations, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with senior advisors on client engagements. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility as your confidence and expertise grow.
