Responsibilities
MES Application Support Engineer
The ideal candidate should have experience in application support, troubleshooting, and development using C# and JavaScript. Experience in MES or manufacturing systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for MES applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Monitor application performance and system health
- Work with business, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution
- Support deployments, patches, and production releases
Development & Enhancements
- Develop enhancements, bug fixes, and minor features
- Work on backend development using C# /.NET
- Perform UI enhancements using JavaScript
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and deployments
- Support continuous improvement and system optimization
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in application support and development
- Strong experience in C# /.NET
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and web technologies
- Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of incident management and SLA-based support
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
