Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Insurance Life Advisor based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with opportunities to work from home on select assignments. The role involves identifying clients' insurance and financial planning needs, providing tailored life and health insurance solutions, and building long-term client relationships. The Insurance Life Advisor will also educate clients on financial management, maintain policy records, and meet performance targets while adhering to company and regulatory standards. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided for candidates who are committed to learning and growing in this role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and people management skills with an ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of life insurance, financial planning concepts, and willingness to undergo continuous training to develop expertise in the industry.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills to understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and strategic thinking to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Proactive mindset, self-motivated attitude, and adaptability to hybrid work environments.
  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, or finance is advantageous but not required.
  • Degree or equivalent qualifications in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage but open to candidates with equivalent experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment driven by a performance-based culture.
