We are seeking a full-time Engineer based in Kertih to oversee project execution in the oil and gas sector. The role involves monitoring project progress, controlling costs, managing manpower, and providing technical guidance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Control project costs and optimize resource allocation.
• Supervise and coordinate manpower to achieve operational targets.
• Provide technical advice and solutions on electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical aspects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of transmitters, analyzers, and other electrical/instrument equipment.
• Contribute to turnaround and maintenance activities as required.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or other relevant disciplines).
• Certifications in relevant technical or safety training are an advantage
• Strong knowledge in electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven safety awareness and commitment to compliance.
• Experienced in transmitter and analyzer installation/troubleshooting; additional background in electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage manpower effectively and advise on technical matters.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
